Our Homemade Soft and Chewy Granola Bars are a delicious, high-energy snack that can easily be customized; try swapping almond butter for peanut butter or adding mini-chocolate chips or chopped raisins. If you have kids, make the granola bars in the morning and they’ll be ready for an after-school snack!
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups raw honey
3/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup flax seed, ground
1-1/2 cups raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup raw sesame seeds
Instructions
In bowl, blend rolled oats, flax seed, raw seeds. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet to dry and blend well. Press into greased 9×13 pan, refrigerate then cut into bars.
