Ingredients
1 loaf brioche bread
4 eggs
1/4 cup canned pureed pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Mix all of the wet ingredients together. Dip brioche into the mixture on both sides and grill as you would French toast. Serve with maple syrup and top with chopped walnuts, if using.
