Sauteed Greens with Garlic

A simple side dish full of flavor, this Sauteed Greens with Garlic comes together quickly.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 to 6 cups raw greens, washed, blanched, and squeezed

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the garlic. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Do not let the garlic brown. Add the greens and continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until all the moisture is exuded.
