Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup grape or cranberry juice

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

It’s full of healthful antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and calcium and only about 200 calories per serving.
