If you don’t like raisins in your rice pudding, simply omit, but they seem to work in this recipe!

1 quart milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions
